Shipping & Delivery

• Dany Perfumes ships only within Pakistan.

• No international shipping is available.

• All orders are delivered via local courier services.

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation or COD order placement.

Delivery time by city:

 

• Karachi: 24 to 48 hours.

• Lahore: 3 to 5 business days.

• Islamabad: 3 to 5 business days.

• Other cities in Pakistan: 5 to 7 business days depending on courier service availability.

Delivery days:

 

• Deliveries occur on business days only (Monday to Saturday).

• No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping charges:

 

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered on select orders. Check website for current offers.

• COD orders may include a nominal COD fee as applied by courier service.

Order tracking:

 

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

• Use the tracking number on the courier companys website to check real time status.

• If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of order confirmation, contact customer support.

Undelivered or delayed packages:

 

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery again or contact you.

• After two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to Dany Perfumes.

• No exchange or reshipment will be provided for orders returned due to customer unavailability or wrong address provided.

• Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays. In such cases, delivery time may extend beyond stated timelines.
