No returns accepted. Exchange only.

 

Exchange conditions:

 

  • Exchange is allowed only when proof is provided.

  • Acceptable proof includes a clear unboxing video or high quality photo showing the issue at the time of delivery.

  • Exchange is only for cases where the product is proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item sent).

  • Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The original product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Customer must share order number along with proof.

No exchange for these reasons:

 

  • Change of mind.

  • Dislike of fragrance or scent.

  • Product has been used or opened beyond checking for damage.

  • No proof provided.

Process for exchange:

 

  • Contact Dany Perfumes customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order number and proof (video or photo).

  • Once approved, the incorrect or defective item will be collected or returned as instructed.

  • After verification, the exchanged perfume will be sent to you.

  • No cash refund or store credit is provided.

  • Dany Perfumes deals only in Pakistan. No international shipping.

  • Delivery timelines for exchange items follow same schedule: Karachi 24 to 48 hours, Lahore and Islamabad 3 to 5 business days.
